I absolutely love this place! The staff is always super helpful and can point you in the direction. I ended up finding a movie I have been searching for for years now that is $60+ everywhere else for $12 there today. Hidden gems all over this store. I highly recommend it :)
Overall a solid store. Great selection of wares and friendly staff. However, I doubt I'll ever buy game systems from them again. Earlier this month I purchased a "new" PS4 from them, only to find when I brought it home that it was, in fact, used. Had a profile downloaded to it, had themes, a game already downloaded, the whole nine yards. On top of that it has power issues. It will turn itself off suddenly and refuse to power back on for longer than a few seconds unless I switch power cords. Afterward it will work for highly varying time frames, as little as a few minutes or as long as several hours, but it invariably always does it again. I'm going to attempt an exchange, but seeing as I did not notify them of these issues immediately, I don't know how much they can help me.
It was very hot outside and it was very hot inside the store. No or little A/C made it hard to shop comfortably. Even the workers had sweat going. That is why I gave it a 3 this visit. We usually enjoy browsing for books and purchasing things
I love this store and try to visit every time I'm in Bossier.... BUT they really need to fix their air conditioner. It is way too hot in there. I would spend more time (and maybe money too) if I could be in there longer without sweating.
The store's got awesome stuff in it but it's been hot af whenever I've gone in over the last few months and I can't spend more than a few minutes in it before I start sweating and leave. If temp wasn't an issue it'd definitely be a 4 star place.
