Ok place to buy bike accessories (tubes, pedals, chains, seats). But their repair/maintenance services needs improvement. They have 3 guys on staff, but only one actually does repairs and he's rarely at the shop.
Is this shop ever open? 5th time I have been by and its closed.

I hope my experience was a unique one. While on a cross country bicycle tour. I found myself needing some spokes replaced. I have my service animal, a dog named Ami, with me. The first thing that the owner said to me was that his mechanic was very busy and might not be able to get to my bike right away. I was fine with that. What really makes me question the character of the owner was when he said he simply didn't like animals and that he didn't want my SERVICE DOG in his store. This is the first bike shop that I have ever been to that wasn't pet friendly. What can one expect from a bike shop that has bbq grills and smokers right at the front of the store. I will tell every single bike tourist I know, and I have met hundreds over the years, to find another shop if they are in the area.
