They change my appointment every time. This last time they moved it from 2 pm to 4 pm, then called me with less than an hour until my new 4 pm appointment to tell me the girl that was supposed to be there would not be available, so they canceled my appointment entirely. I have a ton of credits that I can't use because they don't have appointments available, and when I do have an appointment, they cancel. Very unhappy with both this location and the Shreveport location. Can't wait to stop paying them money for nothing.

They have employees able to care for their customers beyond expectations rarely seen. Unfortunately, they also have managers doing the total opposite, unwillingly unable to apologise for miscommunications, weaseling out of confrontations by throwing offers at it. Not everything has a price.
