Thank you for always being excellent and consistent to all the locations I have visited in Bossier City, Denham Springs, and Baton Rouge.
Excellent food and service. I usually have a burger but branched out and had the bayou pasta with grilled shrimp. It was awesome.
I normally don't write bad reviews. But I felt this one was necessary. Our waitresses name was Charli. When me and my wife informed her that the tea was not sweet she began to argue with us. And did not offer to fix the situation. I had to ask her later too just bring me a Coke... When it came time to leave we declined to take a to-go box and she started lecturing us about people starving in the world and we were wasting food. My family and I have ate at Walk-On's before and I have never had any problems.
This was the worst place I have ever entered into. I came here with a party of 13 people for a birthday dinner, we waited nearly two hours to be seated and still never recieved a table. To make matters worse the young lady (the hostess) gave our table to her friends. After waiting forever we spoke with the manager who stood there, with a ridiculous look on his face, as if he has never managed anyone or a place of business before. You would think this place would not want a party of 13 to walk out of their business, which in fact we did. We ended up going to Olive Garden up the road and after telling them our horror story they gave us a room to our selves, the service was incredible there and we even saw other people who was at walk ons there. Moral of the story is we will never go to this trashy place again.
Food was good after we received our condiments that went with the entre. The server was nice but became easily agitated after we asked for things after the meal was served. We had a pretty good sized group so I feel some extra help for her would have been prudent. We frequent here quite a bit after church & big groups should be expected so if a group of 10+ shows up, I expect the establishment to be prepared with an adequate number of servers.
I have always had good service and great food here. They have a great selection of beers on tap.
