My husbands workplace switched payroll ACCTS from your bank to another one. He has an account at capital one but they won't cash his payroll check. I guess he will just change banks now. What,no response???
I do bank with you guys and i do like you, a lot BUT you close a bank on meadow creek that happened to be closing at 5 pm and i assumed the shed airline would at least close at 5 now because the other bank closed you guys are aware that most of us work until 4 -5 pm rigth?? And some stuff we cannot do on drive through, please fix it
I make deposits for work there several times a week and always have great tellers but yesterday I had a very rude teller who didn't say hello, thank you or anything. I also make notes if I need some change and she acted snotty about it like I was bothering her. I hope I NEVER get that teller again cause I will keep driving.....
I have never had a bad experience when at this bank! today Abbygail came outside in the drive through to tell no one was inside if we wanted to come in, made we and my little girl very welcome!
Although my branch closes at 4, I could not ask for a more personable and professional banker, the manager , Mrs. M.B.. She is an incredible asset to Capital One, and is the type of individual that adds tremendous value to the shareholders, and in servicing the customer to complete satisfaction.
